Ulutan Dam Lake at the center, Kızılcapınar Dam Lake and Gülüç Dam Lake in Ereğli, Dereköy Pond at Çatalağzı borough and Çobanoğlu Pond (18 ha.) at Karapinar borough are drinking water or industrial aimed artificial lakes.
